We hope you will be happy with your purchase, but if you are not happy with any product purchased from us simply return it for a full refund enclosing a note stating the reason for its return. Your statutory rights are not affected.

In accordance with the European directive on distance selling and Consumer Protection (distance selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 7 working days starting the day after your receive your goods. If you do wish to cancel your order please email us at info@kapang.com . We will ask you to return the goods to us at your cost. We will issue a refund within 30 days of cancellation. Please be sure to return items in a resaleable condition, i.e, items should be returned in their box. When returning items through the post we advise you to obtain proof of posting from the Post Office.
